Contact to Fashion Exchange via email or membership of Fashion Exchange blogs and/or social page, stipulates that the user consents to receiving communications from Fashion Exchange electronically. If the user would like Fashion Exchange to stop contacting them, the user will need to send an email to

9. Payment methods
If a user decides to pre-purchase tickets for a Fashion exchange event they may do so via a bank deposit payment. Instructions will be given on how to deposit monies into the Fashion Exchange bank account and it would be subject to the following rules:
• The exact amount must be paid
• The payment must be identified by supplying the ticket number and surname or company name in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer.
• No cheque deposits will be accepted
• No bank deposits are accepted from outside the borders of South Africa.
• Unpaid bank deposit orders are cancelled after five business days.
10. Refund Policy
Fashion Exchange operates a strict no refund policy.
11. Cancellations
If for any reason Fashion Exchange cancels an event, the user will receive all their monies back via a bank deposit.
12. Applicable and govenering law
This web site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa, and thus the South African Law governs the use or inability to use this web site and these terms and conditions.
